• 13-Aug-2014: The SEC cites the "law enforcement exemption" of the FOIA as basis to deny the public access to the detailed records we sought on this company.  As a matter of law, they are acknowledging some sort of investigative activity. No disclosure of SEC investigative activity was found in the past two years of this company’s SEC filings. We filed an administrative appeal to challenge this denial.

In the 10-K filed 14-Aug-2014, the company made the following disclosure which, to our view, does not qualify as having disclosed and/or given prominence to the existence of an SEC investigation:  "U.S. regulators and governmental authorities continue to conduct investigations initiated in 2011 with respect to the U.K. Newspaper Matters. The Company is cooperating with these investigations. It is not possible at this time to estimate the liability, if any, of the Company relating to these investigations."

This was our first time researching this company so we have no other records on Twenty-First Century Fox in our database.
