On 18-July-2014 we published a Watch List update that included Avis Budget Group (CAR) as having a possible undisclosed SEC investigation. This is incorrect. In a letter dated 22-Jul-2014 and received by us today, the SEC had informed us of the error and stated that they have no investigative records on CAR.  We interpret that to mean this company has no recent SEC investigative activity as of 22-Jul-2014.  This error was ours alone as we coded the initial SEC response of 10-Jul-2014 into our system incorrectly.  We apologize for the error and continue to review our process to minimize their recurrence in the future.
