With the battle between Carl Icahn and Family Dollar Stores (FDO) in high gear we thought to share what we have in our database on the company. 

• Based on two FOIA requests we made since 2012, we see no signs of SEC investigative activity as of 9-Aug-2012 or 25-Jul-2013. 
• There were no disclosures of SEC investigative activity made by the company in the past two years.
