Analyst Summary: We understand Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia was out with a note yesterday in which he reported a statement from Groupon in response to a report we published on 26-Apr-2016.  Our note said that as of 31-Mar-2016, data received from the SEC confirmed enforcement proceedings were ongoing at Groupon and that they were not disclosed.  According to Mr. Bhatia’s note of yesterday, "After speaking to the company we have learned that there is no such investigation the company is aware of."
