Involvement in Previously Undisclosed SEC Investigative Activity Now Appears Over – Removed From Watch List.

Repeatedly, since Nov-2013, we received information from the SEC suggesting this company was involved in unspecified SEC investigative activity. We found no disclosure of the same as of that date.

In a letter dated 03-Mar-2015, we received information from the SEC suggesting SEC investigative activity involving this company was over.  The file has been remanded for further processing and possible release of records related to this matter.
