Lexington Realty Trust was one of many companies named in an Aug-2016 SEC investigation titled, "Certain non-GAAP Revenue Adjustments". Twenty-three pages released, a one-page "opening narrative" blocked. First response indicating an SEC probe was dated 22-Aug-2017, which was confirmed on 26-Sep-2017.
