It was recently reported Leon Cooperman and/or his Omega Advisors has been subpoenaed by the U.S. Attorney's office in New Jersey and by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. We don't have, nor have we seen the actual letter Mr. Cooperman was reported to have sent to his clients informing them of the same.
