It only shows an investigation ended that date.  The first FOIA response indicating an SEC investigation was dated 29-Jan-2020. On-going enforcement proceedings then confirmed twice, most recently on 14-Dec-2020.  We also have documents from a 2016 SEC probe. 

27-Jan-2021 -- Report Updated - Salesforce.com, Inc. – CRM: Maintained on Watch List. The first Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) response indicating an SEC investigation was dated 29-Jan-2020. On-going enforcement proceedings now confirmed on appeal two times since, most recently on 14-Dec-2020.  We have documents from a 2016 SEC probe.
