Research Published Today:  Probes Reporter Research Update: 23-Jun-2015

Our SEC responses on Intel in today's report leave us confused. There was confirmation of an undisclosed probe a year ago, however, new data is inconclusive.

For those convinced the SEC is investigating Overstock.com, or should be, our latest data suggests it is not. Overstock.com is one of the 38 companies we are reporting on today which have no signs of recent SEC investigative activity.

In Play: CIGNA-Nothing found as of 19-May-2015. Anthem-We have no research in our database. Humana-Nothing found as of Sep-2014. Williams-Noting found as of 21-Apr-2015.

Finally, as Hershey missed earnings we remind readers the SEC confirmed on-going enforcement proceedings in Feb-2015 which were undisclosed at the time. Now a good time to ask/wonder if there is a connection?
