In a letter dated 05-Sep-2014, we received information from the SEC suggesting this company was involved in unspecified SEC investigative activity. We found no disclosure of the same as of that date.
In a letter dated 02-Feb-2015, we received information from the SEC suggesting SEC investigative activity involving this company was over. We may now find out what was going on here as the file will be remanded for further processing.
In addition, we were provided with a one-page Case Closing Report from an investigation that ended 13-Aug-2012. It's been added to our database.
