New York REIT Inc. (NYRT): Removed from Watch List, Coverage Dropped.
A recent response tells us an undisclosed SEC investigation has ended. In that response, the SEC said it identified, “5 boxes of hard copy records; 1,218 additional files of digital records; and, 2 CDs and 1 DVD of potentially production records for which confidential treatment may have been requested …” In our research history, the first response indicating an SEC probe was dated 24-Oct-2016. Ongoing enforcement proceedings confirmed two times since.
