Our research suggests TerraForm Power is playing Disclosure Games regarding an undisclosed SEC investigation.

Analyst Summary:  For the second time now since last winter, we have fresh data from the SEC confirming an investigation at TerraForm Power.  It boggles the imagination to understand why these proceedings remain undisclosed, but they are. 

Earlier this year we wrote that TerraForm Power, a “yieldco” of SunEdison, was already under investigation by the SEC prior to SunEdison’s announcing its own woes at the end of Mar-2016.  We first found out via an SEC letter dated 11-Feb-2016.
