Molson Coors Brewing Company – TAP:  Involvement in a Previously Undisclosed SEC Investigation Now Appears Over.  It appears the SEC investigation(s) that recently caused our access to records to be denied on Molson Coors Brewing Company is now over.  We otherwise do not know what was at issue or if it would even matter to investors.  The first Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) response indicating an SEC investigation was dated 13-Mar-2019, but it was not confirmed on appeal.  The related file was remanded for further processing which may enable us to learn more.
