In a letter dated 16-May-2014, the SEC confirmed that this company was involved in an active and ongoing investigation that was undisclosed at the time. In a letter dated 25-Nov-2014, we received new information from the SEC suggesting, again, this company was involved in unspecified SEC investigative activity. We found no disclosure of the same as of that date.
In a letter dated 02-Feb-2015, we received information from the SEC suggesting SEC investigative activity involving this company was over. We may now find out what was going on here as the file will be remanded for further processing.
