Gulfport Energy Corp. – GPOR:    Removed from Watch List of Companies with Undisclosed SEC Investigations. We got one of those curious response patterns from the SEC where it first appeared there was an investigation – in fact, it was confirmed as ongoing in Dec-2017. But in a recent response, now upheld on appeal, the SEC says no investigative records were found.  But we know something was going on in the past.  Details and history in today’s report.
