In a letter dated 15-Sep-2104, we received information from the SEC suggesting this company was involved in unspecified SEC investigative activity. We found no disclosure of the same as of that date.
In a letter dated 02-Feb-2015, we received information from the SEC suggesting SEC investigative activity involving this company was over. We may now find out what was going on here as the file will be remanded for further processing.
This applies only to the former Kinder Morgan Management entity. In summer 2014 we confirmed undisclosed SEC investigations for each of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (KMP), Kinder Morgan, Inc.
