Fluor Corporation – FLR:   UPDATE:  01-Aug-2020 - Removed from Watch List

Removed because an SEC investigation we repeatedly warned on has been disclosed.  The first response indicating an SEC investigation was dated 28-Feb-2018. On-going enforcement proceedings werer then confirmed two times since, most recently on 24-Sep-2019. On 18-Feb-2020, Fluor disclosed an SEC investigation and warned it would be unable to timely file its 10-K.  The shares lost 25% on the news.  Latest response, dated 14-Apr-2020, suggests an SEC probe is ongoing, but this has not yet been confirmed on appeal. As we go to print on 01-Aug, the 10-K still has not been filed.
