On 19-June-2014 we published a Watch List update that included Owens & Minor (OMI) as having a possible undisclosed SEC investigation. This is incorrect. The SEC had informed us they have no investigative records on OMI.  We interpret that to mean this company has no recent SEC investigative activity.  This error was ours alone as we coded the SEC response into our system incorrectly.  We apologize for the error and are taking steps to review our process.
