Since early 2018, we repeatedly warned about an undisclosed SEC probe at Cardinal Health.
On Friday, 28-Feb-2020, the company settled a joint SEC/DOJ FCPA probe. It also claims it, "voluntarily disclosed the potential violations ... to regulators"
As for investors? Management kept them in the dark.
