Bridgepoint Education, Inc. (BPI): Removed from Watch List.
We recently received 50 pages of analytically-rich documents, dated from May-2016 to Jun-2017, from an SEC accounting investigation which included revenues and scholarships. Our research shows SEC investigative activity found, off-and-on, back to Feb-2013. In a 10-Q filed in Jul-2017, the company said that a long-running formal SEC probe had ended on 15-Jun-2017. Good stuff here for those with an interest.
