In a letter dated 26-Apr-2018, the SEC said it identified an estimated 7,742 pages of records from an unspecified SEC investigation of Amgen. The time period was not specified. SEC investigative activity has been found, off-and-on since Sep-2013. Response that first indicated more recent SEC investigative activity was dated 17-Nov-2015 and was confirmed three times since.
