Amazon.com Inc. – AMZN:  Another undisclosed SEC investigation is again confirmed.  2^nd time since May-2019. 

Our research history shows that five times between Jun-2014 and May-2017, the SEC confirmed enforcement proceedings that were both ongoing and undisclosed at the time.  In Mar-2019, the SEC said, “… the subject of your request was listed in the search results in the matter Amazon.com Accounting Disclosure and Reporting which opened in December 2013 and closed in October 2018.”
